Saturday in Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover Carlisle, with the Rev. Richard A. Ruff officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, North Middleton Township.

There will be no viewing; however, friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201 W. Louther Carlisle 17013 or to the Thomwald Home, 442 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle 17013.

Douglas Douglas G. Swartz, 79, formerly of 509 Carlisle, died Wednesday, Oct 5, 1994, in the Thomwald Home, Carlisle. Bom July 29, 1915, in Carlisle, he was a son of the late William D. and Esther Bitzenberg Swartz. He was a former employee of Cochran and Allen Hardware Store of Carlisle, Patriot News of Harris-burg, Charles Adler Real Estate, and retired from Kent D.

Swartz Co. He was a 1933 graduate of Carlisle High School. He was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Carlisle. He also was a member of the Y's Men's Club of Carlisle YMCA.

Surviving are his wife, Virginia Hyman Swartz; one son, Kent D. of Naples, one daughter, Vicki D. Clarence Briggs of Troop Newville, was given the 1994 Governor's Highway Safety Award Fri- day. Box 1263, Lebanon 17042. Edward Edward Delesky, 69, of 820 Hamilton Carlisle, died Wednesday, Oct. 5, 1994, in the Lebanon VA Medical Center, South Lebanon Township, Lebanon County. Bom Dec. 18, 1924, in Manville, N.J., he was a son of the late Walter and Connie Pitinsky Delesky.

He retired with 20 years service from the U.S. Navy and also was retired with 20 years of service from a busing company in Woodstock, Va. He served during the Korean War. Surviving are his wife, Janice Saums Delesky; one son, Steven, at Bill Smith The Sentinel Mary A. Salisbury Police Mary A.

Salisbury, 82, of 801 N. Hanover Carlisle, died Wednesday, Oct. 5, 1994, in the Church of God Home, Carlisle. Bom Sept. 5, 1912, in Newville, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Nora Hoover Barrick.

She was the widow of Joseph H. Salisbury. She was a seamstress for U-Wana-Wash Frocks for 30 years. She attended Plainfield Church of God. Surviving are two daughters, Mary Garman of Newville and Stella Bak er of Carlisle; one son, Edgar of Carlisle; 12 grandchildren; 16 greatgrandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Joseph S. Salisbury. Services will be at 1 1 a.m. Saturday in Egger Funeral Home, 15 Big Spring Newville, with the Rev. Robert Frye officiating.

Burial will be in Doubling Gap Church Cemetery, Newville. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of the service Saturday at the funeral home. King was in prison on unrelated forgery charges when the warranf was served. 1' King was arraigned before District Justice Paula Coreal and charged with two counts each of forgery and'' theft by deception, and one count of receiving stolen property.

State police in Carlisle say Penny L. Zeigler, 28, of Boiling Springs, was driving a 1979 Chevrolet Camaro out of the U.S. Post Office parking lot near the intersection of Route 174 and Front Street in Boiling Springs. About noon, the engine compartment erupted in flames. South Middleton Township Fire Company and Citizens Fire Company of Mt.

Holly Springs responded and extinguished the flames. The car sustained moderate damage. No cause for the blaze was given.
